Return Window
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Email Us with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, please start a return and place a new order to ensure the fastest service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
